Using TourCon

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their account access, and using TourCon in accordance with applicable laws and service rules.

Bookings and travel services

Availability, included services, property rules, cancellation conditions, and other booking-specific terms should be shown before purchase. A booking is subject to the conditions presented for that product.

Payments

TourCon may use payment service providers to process transactions. Payment authorization, settlement, refunds, and stored payment methods are subject to the applicable payment flow and provider requirements.

Starm Coins and rewards

Starm Coins are a TourCon rewards unit. Eligibility, earning, redemption, reversal after cancellation, expiration if introduced, and other reward rules should be governed by the published rewards policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse accounts, promotions, or rewards
• Do not interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not use TourCon for fraudulent or unlawful activity
